My main third year project was a group project to design and manufacture a flow tunnel which could then be used for experimentation to assess the accuracy of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software.
As usual I headed the design and manufacturing, designing the entire tunnel by myself along with all of the CAD work. I coordinated manufacturing, making a large quantity of the parts by myself. I consequently had a smaller input on some of the abstract theory and CFD work. In addition I designed the poster and stand.
The groove radius seen in one of the pictures was milled by myself manually.
